Worth a try. The food is reason alone to dine here, but it seems vastly overpriced for not only the portion, but for the actual ingredients used. The chef is a true visionary, creating some truly unique masterpieces (we loved the basil ice cream!), and the service is impeccable (although a bit overzealous).

The menu is ever-changing; do yourself a favor--choose the tasting menu and let the chef surprise you with palate-pleasing dishes.

This would be five stars if the prices came down just a bit.

This is a wonderfully exciting addition to Riverside. The menu is always evolving, as the chef creates his own unique dishes, with vegetables he grows in a acre lot uptown in Riverside. The dishes he served were a very unique fusion of French and Japanese. Uniting the style and presentation that accompanies Japanese Cuisine, with the rich flavors and textures of French food. The wine he selected to compliment our meal was a 2006 Pinot Noir, and it was an excellent compliment to the slow roasted pork that just melted in your mouth. I must say that you do need to be preparred to foot the bill, at about $60-70 per person for Dinner...But it is worth every penny.

I loved this place!...probably because i didn't pay. either way the food is excellent and our group also trusted the chef and we were not disappointed. Portions are small in american culture but exactly what they should be. We were very satisfied!

Being a local business owner myself I see the potential and value behind this local establishment. I also fear that the inland empire demographic might never allow this great resturant to fully show its true possibilities.

Both visits deserve huge thumbs up!
