Yesterday two sections of my side fence fell down and my neighbors weren t home to put it back up. I have 2 small kids and a big dog and I didn t want to leave the fence laying down with the nails sticking up. I called Oak Tree and Charles told me he could have a crew out in a few hours. I told him I had an errand to run in the afternoon and might not be home and he said it was fine, they d fix it anyway and I could pay later. I thought that was great service, not having to wait around all day for them! Sure enough after I came home, the fence had been repaired. Today Charles called me to settle the payment and even came by to pick up the check so I didn t have to mail it. Great customer service and very easy to work with. Thank you Oak Tree!
