User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy computer wouldn't boot, and of course I had not done my backups recently. After looking through internet listings for computer repair companies that service Rochester Hills, I called three and left messages each time. Only Kay from HNA responded quickly. He took my computer that day and found the problem and fixed it within hours. He also set me up with an automatic backup system at a very reasonable price. I had priced them out recently and his Seagate system was not only competitive but he did the labor to boot. He suggested a 50 dollar memory upgrade and my computer is noticeably faster. I'm grateful not only for my retrieved files--all my work for the last two weeks! But also that I have found a reliable and reasonable 'computer guy' for the future.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAs a resident of Florida, I was visiting family and friends in SE Michigan, when my laptop began giving me problems. I found HNA in the local phone directory, so called and made an appointment. What luck! It was the one and only call necessary to solve my problems. Kay responded immediately, and was very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition to that, his fee was so reasonable I couldn't believe it! He sent me on my way, a very satisfied customer. I will recommend him to all my family and friends - I only wish those outside the local area could receive his service when needed!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsKay is a business professional, trustworthy & extremely skilled in his field of computer knowledge. He's very personable, not just with adults but also with teens. Numerous times we've had issues & he's been there for us both. My son's laptop had a virus & he needed it for a school project, Kay was reliable and very quick to respond. I highly recommend HNA Computer Services for all your computer needs. We can't thank him enough!
