    What we liked:
    -- Close to I-91, Showcase Cinemas, decent restaurants...a few exits from Holyoke Mall
    -- Very nice and helpful staff...good housekeeping -- clean and efficient
    -- NESN (Red Sox) available on the in-room cable TV (not all hotels have NESN)

    What we didn't like:
    -- Not in the best area if you like to walk or run but not unusual for urban location
    -- There were smoking rooms on our floor
