We've had minor items addressed here such as inspections in the past. My truck had a blown differential. AAMCO suggested trading it in but my truck should be able to provide another 100K at least. Tried Executive. Got a decent quote. Decided to do it. Got it back less than a week later with an alignment printout saying my Rt. Front wheel was dragging. Hmm. Wasn't noticing anything but brought it down the road to where I last had tire/wheel work done. They looked at it and told me the caliper was bearing down. Replaced that. Then on the way home, the ABS kicked in and the truck stalled. Mind you, I had only driven a total of about 400 yards since the differential was replaced. The "tire" place replaced the rotor at NC. But the stall was still there. Brought it back to Executive where it stalled out again and again. Plus, when I put the AC on, it blew all kinds of crap in that it had never, and I mean never, done before. The blower was also making a horrible sound and the idle just above "dead." Executive's owner called his mechanic out and began yelling at him and promised to get it fixed. Next day, was told it was all set. I went to pick it up and asked what I guess was a stupid question to ask; "what did they find?" The owner proceeded to chew me out for hassling him and wasting his time trying to get him to fix stuff they were not responsible for and to never bring my stuff back. Hmm...Great customer service. Not. As I have mulled the situation over, yes, my truck is running and they did not charge me for "repairing what was NOT WRONG when I dropped it off." I am now quite certain that when they dropped the axle, raised the engine, and took everything off, all of the issues we encountered were the result of their poor mechanical skills. And, when Executive goes out of business, it will be because of their poor customer service skills. I find them disingenuous at best. Don't bring your car for repair there.

After being up and down Rt. 126 for many years I finally found a young man with great customer service. This kid Chad who is not only the owner and founder of the garage, but also a full time employee who cares first about finding the right problem than fixing the wrong ones. After spending almost $1000.00 at Charlie's and still not having heat. This kid fixed it in an honest and professional manor. Blower resistor installed aprox. $125.00 including labor. Recently I had been into the dealer for a small recall on my suv. I was told that my air conditioning wasn't working because I needed a compressor, belt and then an a/c charge....
Costing well over $1,200.00. I figured I'd stop by Executive Auto and hopefully Chad would give me his input. I was in and out within 45 minutes, with ice cold air conditioning and the best part only $99.99 out the door with a big smile once again. Thanks Chad you have not only earned my business but you have earned my trust.
