User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsEverything here is always amazing. It's not exactly traditional and their dinner menu is a little over priced; however, the prices for lunch are more reasonable, and, again, everything is very tasty :)
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI consider myself a real Thai food fan and even spent some time in Thailand but if your stuck in Central PA Cozy Thai is servicable but not great.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe food there is really good, but the reason I give Cozy Thai 2 stars is because of their bad customer service. The waiters are nice enough, but the manager/owner seems really bitter all the time. She never smiles and I've seen her freak out at customers as well as other waiters in the restaurant before. My friend works there and told me that the owners are extremely rude and don't care about their employees. They pay their cooks about $1/hour, and they make up for the rest by paying for their lodging, but come on, that's definitely not fair since about 3 guys have to live in 1 apartment building. They don't treat people well at all.
But at least the food is pretty good?

Hey! I'm A.R., your friend you mentioned. What did you expect anyone to treat you when you were making out with a girl in public, especially in a restaurant? If I were a manager, I would even call 911. So as to smoking in the restaurant, you came smoking in the restaurant. Did you expect really someone smile at you and say "NO SMOKING". Before you blame someone, you would better look what you have done. Also, about the pay, did I really tell you that story? Don't be a liar. I didn't tell you about that. They have earned more than many bachelors do, or even as mach as what some masters do right now. One of them only finished 4th grade, he told me he works in a kitchen since he was 15. One chef brought in his family from Thailand. The owners paid for everything for his family. Yes, I told you about the house. 3 people, living in a one-bedroom apartment, are a chef, his wife and his daughter. When you go back to your country I wish you will make as much as they are and I hope you have learned some good manners when you are studying here. Thank you for speaking out your brain and mentioned me.
