Tokyo Sushi

I think rabbitsoft must be thinking of another restaurant. I ate at this place a few weeks ago. It was some of the best food I've ever had at any restaurant. I didn't think it was overloaded with wasabi although this was served on the side. I had some tuna nigiri and two of their rolls. The fish was very fresh. Excellent taste. I thought the service was a little slow but I was in a large group and a business presentation was being given so this usually slows the service at any restaurant. Some of the people in my group were served rolls that came flaming to the table, that was a cool presentation. I didnt pay for my own meal but the prices on the menu didnt seem extreme. I will definately eat there again.

I would just like to say that I actually used to work at this sushi restaurant and would like to comment to rabbitsoft, in that all of their sushi is prepared fresh, and they don't put wasabi on any of the rolls or sashimi unless either ordered that way, or some of the rolls come that way. Tokyo Sushi has some of the best sushi I have eaten by far!

Back in December of 2008 I had my very first experience in a Sushi restaurant. It was Tokyo Sushi in Paducah, KY. I am now happily addicted to Sushi and must return there at least 3 or 4 times a month. The service is good, a little slow when they are busy, but that is to be expected. Busy or not the wait staff is attentive and knowledgable. The atmosphere is nice without making you feel self-concious when not wearing your best. But the thing that keeps me coming back for more is their most excellent food. The texture, taste and preparation have never been less than stellar. I have since tried sushi elsewhere and it was hit or miss, but I have never, ever had a bad meal at Tokyo Sushi. I would encourage everyone to try this at least once in their lives and recognize that not all sushi consists of raw fish and that there is something here for everyone.
