User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSeveral times I have gone to Sonic and after pressing the button to order, no one bothered to take my order, so I went somewhere else. Each time this happened I noticed that the kids working there were busy goofing off and socializing rather than working. One time some of the workers were on top of a car. This last time I pressed the call button three times in about 5 minutes and got no response. That's no way to run a business. The manager and those kids need to be fired. Things work much better at other Sonics.
