    It’s nice to do business with people who actually care.
    Today my flight departure has been delayed for 2 hours. I didn’t feel like hanging around Newark airport for extra couple of hours so I called dispatcher and asked to move pickup time.
    I know how logistics work and chance to make changes without loses on their side is about 50/50. But it worked out good for me dispatcher moved pickup time for 1.5 hour without extra charges and with no hassle. (I know - it’s a big deal, this one is not first car service I’m using)
    Thanks for good service and good luck surviving the recession.

    The best airport ride I've ever had. Nice clean car, professional driver. It’s easy to appreciate good work when you have traveling experience and can compare.
