Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: Get to the theatre and from the start I get nothing but HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you have bad customer service then you will start to lose your business because I dont want to go where I am treated badly. I have told more people about the bad service I got and will continue to do so. They roll their eyes and are nasty when responding and this is the cashier. I asked a question when ordering and it was like I had killed someone...so more eye rolling. My grand-daughter was bumped and not apologized to by the employee. Alamo till you get your house in order my family, friends, and I dont plan to go back.

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: So disappointing to have the counter guy give a customer such bad treatment. I would like to see this fixed, because, until it is fixed, I shall spend my movie money elsewhere. Alamo is not the only game in South Austin. Perhaps the Manager might have taken better care of this than a counter guy. No one is having a nice day.
