    A good green chile (which can be found at Zorbaz of all places!) would jack my rating up a star.The red chile is very good and light years better than ever available in the area before. It's also nice to see tastes broadening in GR.That said,for all the choices on the menu there is no choice.It's New Mexican Red or nothing so it's half of a great menu.Very nice staff but a bit of a language barrier at my last visit.Exceptional by rural midwest standards!

    Great food and atmoshere. The food is reasonable and tastes great and the staff are friendly which is a bonus.

    El Potro is as authentic as Mexican food gets in northern Minnesota. The enchiladas are my favorite, but all of the food is delicious...and filling! Aside from the food, I found the restaurant to be nice and clean, and the colorful walls and paintings warmed the place up. The employees were all very polite and were quick to tend to requests. I would eat there again in a heartbeat!
