I rate this place "just OK". Their photographers wasn't really friendly and creative. My son and I had taken X-Mas pictures in 2008 and I was asking for CREATIVE poses and she was just telling us to do the ordinary, then she would say "I don't know". "How would you not have ideas when this is what you do for a living???". Both photographers didn't seemed to intrested in their job. And we were rushed through choosing from the poor selection of pictures. A few pictures came out okay due to my son's dad playing with him with a football, other than that the rest were just okay. Pictures wasn't inhanced. The quality was far from the best, "just OK". I feel their product is very over priced. Expecially the copy written CD!
I will not recommend them. I was told that if I bought the cd I bought the copyright to do with as I please so I spent the more money to get it and now I find out from there corp. office they dont give copyrights releases. They said I had to go back to them to get my pics reprinted at 15.00 a sheet. Why would I pay that when I can go to Walgreens and get reprints done alot cheaper. I will go back to Sears at least there I get a copyright release on the cd that I purchase.
By far the best quality photo session you'll find for the price ANYWHERE! It's really similar to Picture People only Portrait Innovations runs about 65% off of P.P.'s price. I would definately recommend them to all.
