About:The Blue Wing Saloon & Cafe is a perfect blend of the past and the present. This saloon was first set up in the year 1880, and was re-established once more in 2005. The wood-paneled interiors and patio seating retain much of its old-world charm, and Californian fare dominates the menu, combining the best that local orchards, vineyards and farms have to offer. Try the Braised Short Ribs, or the Chicken Scaloppini; cowboys will readily surrender all their guns for a taste of them!

    If you’re looking for a great place with character, style, great food and wonderful service. I’d say you’re sure to find it as we did, at the “Blue Wing Saloon”

    The food was fresh and exceptionally prepared. The service and staff were impeccable. Great ambience! Can’t say enough. We celebrated our anniversary among Blue Wings stylish and friendly atmosphere enjoying every moment. It was Great! You can’t go wrong with this restaurant.
