   Excellent!: Rick Morris from Morris Home Inspection did a great job. I called for quotes and was impressed with his enthusiasm for his work. He looked for ways to save money on my energy bills by doing a free home energy audit with my home inspection. He took his time to show me all about the home I'm buying.
   
   I recommend him to anyone wanting to save money and improve comfort. He built an insulated attic hatch and added better insulation around my bonus room. This made a BIG difference in my electric bill ... and how comfortable the temp is now.

   Inspection recommended: Rick Morris was prompt and professional. His report was posted online and included digital photos. My agent also got the report to give to my builder.
   
   What I liked best was his recommendations for energy savings. Things I could add myself would save a lot of money on gas and electricity.

   Recommended Inspector: Rick Morris is great, I'd really recommend him. He spends time going over everything about your new home including where you can save on energy bills. Good website too.
