I USED to love this restaurant. I USED to really enjoy eating there. Now you could not pay me to eat there. For a burger joint, they were a little bit higher priced, however the food used to seem homemade and very high end. But it seems they have fallen into the trap of using cheep goods with out cutting the cost of the food. Even their to go containers have gone cheep. The containers now are so cheep that by the time I get home, the food is leaking through. The once very tasty cowboy beans seem to be now coming from a can, and not even heated. This turn of my opinion has come after repeated attempts to see if they truly did go down hill or if we went on bad days. We have gotten cheep food both dine in or carry out. And the service went from very well organized and a good enough speed that we could eat there during lunch break from work. To it taking them over two hours to get food out and still not being able to get the order correct, even after being repeatedly reminded that what was brought out was incorrect. I have been repeatedly very disappointed with a restaurant that used to deliver high quality good and service.

Resturant atmospere was good. Service was terrible and after sitting for an hour we never received our food. Our server seemed to care less that we had not received our food. Keep getting one excuss after another. Verdict still out on whether to give it antoher chance or not.
