Battles Cleaners

I decided, for the first time, to use this business (Battle's Dry Cleaners). It's five minutes from my house and nicely located off of US-401. I took my shirts to this business. I arrived there around 10 am and it was closed. I checked back a few hours later and it was open. I dropped off the items, and left. A few minutes later, the kind lady working the counter called me to let me know I had forgotten something. I asked if I could come back in a few hours to get the items and she said Yes, no problem. I came back a few hours later and the business was closed. So, today I went by around 9:30-10:00 am to get the item. However, you guessed it, Battle's Dry Cleaners was closed. I talked to a few people in the strip mall and they told me people always have problems with Battle's Dry cleaner. For example, a lady dropped off her dry cleaning and Battle's sent it away to get cleaned and when she came to pick it up she found out that she couldn't retrieve her item because Battle's Dry Cleaner's didn't pay their bill. So, her item of clothing was being held hostage. Instead of dealing with Battle's Dry Cleaning, she went to the location (who was cleaning her item) and got it that way. Overall, the lady at the desk was nice and professional. However, business hours are sketchy. If you have time to pop in every now and then to drop off or pick up, then this is the place for you. If you do NOT have the time to play that game, I really recommend going to another dry cleaner's. I am truly disappointed with the way this business is run. With the way they keep their store hours, I am surprised they are in business.
