User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThese guys have been cleaning my carpet for 3 years now. Always on time and always friendly. I feel better knowing I am using a green company and that harmful chemicals are not used when my carpet is cleaned. I will never use anyone else. Bubba's is great and has my business for life! I see negative reviews and I don't believe any of these negative comments. After using the same company for 3 years, you get to know these people and these negative comments do not describe this company or the people that run it.

No show on scheduled day and time. I called to see if they were running late and their recording said they were out of the country. Talk about bad customer service. I called Affordable Carpet cleaning and they came the same day and did a great job. Bubba's may be cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Wasted half a day to save a few dollars!

Bubba's Carpet cleaning is absoulutly amazing. My family and I live in a rental house that didn't exactly come with the greatest carpet. Now since we have 3 puppies it has become a lot worse. And after bubba's came you can't even tell that we have dogs. Yeah, the van they come in might not be the most expensive on the market, but it runs. And with the job they did i wouldn't care if they came to my home carrying thier eqipment on thier backs. THANK YOU bubba's you guys are the most friendly, respectful, and hardworking young men that I have met in quite some time. Everyone is crazy if they don't call you all for carpet cleaning.

I had somewhat of the same problem with BUBBA'S. I scheduled a date and time with them and they were a NO SHOW/NO CALL. In my business if an employee does that...they are FIRED!! Two days later they called and offered me $5.00 off my carpet cleaning. WHATEVER!! And to the people that are so PROUD that they have puppies or dogs that get in the garbage or make stains on their carpet...WHY WOULD YOU POST THAT ON THE INTERNET....
This is a lie. I own the company and never would I offer you $5.00 off. This is simply to instill fear into prospective customers because of the fact that we have saved so many people a lot of money off of the normal price of Carpet Cleaning. This is a downright lie. We don't show up to a house unless we confirm the appointment via telephone. I personally work to resolve all issues with anyone, but when people scream and yell, I cannot help you. We're all human.
