    This Toyota dealership is pretty good, I took my truck to have an oil change, mechanic didn't use my synthetic oil and put regular oil, had to drain and refill with my oil, waited more than a hour for oil change, wasn't open at the time stated, they do offer a free car wash with the oil change, I had headlight covers which they didn't tell me to remove and they went through the car wash and were broken. They offered to replace them for me, took a while but I received replacements. That same day, I discovered oil plug leaking, took car back and waited another hour to get the plug tightened. They need to improve their oil change time, pretty slow in my opinion.
