I had never heard anything good about Mary's but wanted to find out myself beings my family is looking for a small dog. I thought if anything I could save a little one then. That place is so packed full of crap and all the poor animals looked so unhappy. I felt so damn sorry for all of them and the helped totally sucked and I could tell they didn't give a rats ass!! That is sad when all the dogs are it a small cramped cage and having to sleep in it's own stool, grossed me out. That place should be shut down. The dogs would be so better off at a Humane Society, REALLY! Rumors were so right!

My wife sent me to this pet store to purchase a pug puppy, which I thought I did, including ACA papers stating it was a pug. Imagine my surprise when I returned home with the puppy and was told that it was obviously not a purebred pug by my family. We then took the puppy to a vet, who stated the puppy was a puggle. We then called Mary's back, only to have them be extremely rude to us. They refused to take the dog back, or refund us our money. We insisted they do something, and their response was to tell us that hte only way we would get our money back was to pay for a dna test for the dog and prove it, and that it wasn't their problem. I will NEVER do business with them again, and will tell everyone I know not to deal with them either. They are dishonest and should be out of business.

I bought a puppy from this pet shop and was assured that he gets along well with other dogs. He sat under my kitchen table and shook for three days afraid to walk anywhere near my other puppy. I called the owner back to see what her return policy was because the situation was not fair to the poor little pup. She told me to "give it more time, or re-sell him myself". On top of her poor business practices, un-socialized, over crowded animals, and downright rude attitude, the building reeks. The puppies are crammed 2-4 in each tiny wire cage. There were about 6 cats in one small crate. They did not offer to help me with anything until I asked if I could get a puppy out.
