   at first, A seemed like a nice young man, probably still is, however, he is not doing so well in the customer service business w/ the computers. A just kept promising me that i would get a cd burner on my computer and a dvd player, when i husband picked it up, it wasnt in there. then A. promised to send it ups, its been two weeks, nothing yet, no phone calls, no product, after he had forgotten the 2nd time, he promised me a dvd burner and that was better than the other two, lies again, the young man cant keep his word and i am very unimpressed, and i am from northern indiana and could have helped his business tremendously...O_WELL DOES HE KNOW THE MEANING OF WORD OF MOUTH I TRULY HOPE HE RECONSTRUCTS HIS BUSINESS .
