We LOVE this pizza - Though we have not yet eaten in, I must say their delivered pizzas have been wonderfully tasty, fresh and hot - every time. We discovered this place on the net, and we haven't been disappointed yet. Our favorite is the "Sweet Sot," a hawaiian pizza with a mix of bacon and green onions. Mmmmm. I give this place 4 stars! The only reason I hold back a star is because I wish they would offer different kinds of crusts. Their crust is okay, but not spectacular - I think a wheat crust would be nice. All in all, you'll find at Spot some very tasty, nutritious pizza pies!
Creative and Fun!: Spot Pizza in Los Altos is a refreshing take on classic pizza. They make the dough and the sauce back in their own kitchen, so everything truly is home-made. They also put Newcastle Ale in the crust which makes it extra fluffy and adds a little spice. The employees are helpful and vibrant, make sure to have Jeff or Meghan take your order. The menu is an extensive list of creative pizzas, including a few classics. All in all, really great.
A Great Spot for Pizza!: Spot serves delicious pizzas with fresh, high quality ingredients. I am really picky when it comees to dough and crusts, and Spot's is very good. It has the right amount of chewiness and texture, and doesn't have the problem with being undercooked and droopy under the toppings. I am partial to their "vacation spot", but their other pizzas are excellent as well! (Note: they are one of the only places that I can find that offer green olives on their pizza) While you are there, try a salad, they are REAL salads, no iceberg here! The goat cheese salad is really good, as well as the cesaer. I don't have them myself, but it also seems like a great place to bring your kids -- there is plenty of room and very friendly service!
