Beratti Bridal made my whole wedding planning so much easier. The people were friendly and not only helped me with my gown and all the tuxes, but they helped me find a place where to get a cake. They recommended so many little places and helped me out. My dress was amazing and so affordable.
They helped my find the exact dress that would all of my bridesmaids loved!
Overall they made my wedding planning that much less stressful. The people were so honest and helped me find a dress that really did make me look amazing.
I dealt with three different shops for my wedding and Beratti was by far the best of the three! Mary (the owner) gave me great advice and was so amazingly helpful. Her entire staff was warm, welcoming and even better - they addressed me by name whenever I came in. Their tiny efforts made me feel comfortable and special.
In addition to the great customer service, Mary made my veil for me. I felt awesome because I had a custom-made veil (that wasn't crazy expensive!) and complemented my dress so well.
The seamstress recommended by Beratti was great too! She was very kind and helped suggest how to bustle my dress, but also understood how I wanted the dress to look on me. At the end of my last fitting she gave me a hug, told me how beautiful I looked and wished me luck.
Beratti was beyond my expectations!
Congrats to Mary and her staff - I'll recommend you above everyone else! Fabulous!
Horrible service! Please be careful! If you are a bride and purchase a dress make sure when you go in for your first fitting that you notice every detail of your dress. I have a very good hunch that I was taken advantage of. I tried on my dress when it came in and everything was perfect...all I would need was the hem taken up a few inches since I was petite. Well, I went back a month before my wedding and I couldn't even zip the dress...they said I was most likely "bloated"!!!! I don't think so. I looked at the tags in the dress and it looked like they were "sewn" in....meaning the tag from the original dress could have been switched and sewn into another dress that was, let's say, a size too small. I ended up paying a lot of money for alterations that most likely did not have to be done...but how could I prove it...and of course, do not upset the store that is altering your bridal gown BEFORE your wedding! I paid for the dress in full and hundreds of dollars for alterations, in cash...yes, the little old lady that did the alterations would only accept cash with nor formal receipt! She wrote it on scrap paper! I'm assuming she only accepted cash so she did not have to report it on her taxes and still receive her social security benefits since she was a widow. The saga continues...there was a deal that all bridesmaids would receive 20% off bridesmaid dresses if purchased at there store. I thought that was wonderful so I made sure to order with them. Well, I ordered during China's New Year (most dresses are made in China) and the Chinese party for a whole month so my dresses came in two weeks before my wedding. Also, they ordered my dresses from a bridal store in California b/c they did not carry the brand I was interested in and told me that they would have no problem ordering the dresses. My bridesmaids that had there dresses delivered to them personally by Beratti Bridal said they rec'd them in a very small box not even folded..very unprofessional. Also, I should not have to call and follow up on my order as many times as I had to. Whenever the owner (Mary) would tell me she would call me the next day because she could not answer my questions...she never did! When I finally called back she had some excuse why she didn't call me back! I had the most horrible customer service...every time I called they could not find my "folder" with my info. They do not keep your info (like bridesmaid measurements, dress style numbers, and other important info) in their computer system...it's all written on scrap paper! When I signed my initials by my measurements all it stated was a size "8"...what does that mean???? Make sure your bust, waist and hips measurements are on the form so that if your dress doesn't fit for some "odd reason" you have the measurements that the dress was ordered off of in writing. All in all my wedding was wonderful and the dresses fit fine after all the problems and extra effort! My advice...stay away from Beratti Bridal...it's a scam! One person's bad experience can speak a thousand words!
