Kmw Property Management

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL management company I have ever worked with!!!!! I'm a local real estate and have had numerous dealings with this guy!! He's a one man show and he has NO business being in property management!! Why would any homeowners association hire this guy??? What a nightmare!!!

As an appraiser, I deal with numerous management companies in the Chicaogland area. I must say that KMW may be the one of the most nonprofessional companies out there. No one ever answers the phone. They won't release any info unless you pay an outrageous fee.

We couldn't disagree more with the previous review. We've lived at Highland Glen for 15 years and have always found KMW to be prompt, courteous, very accessible and highly professional in every aspect. The value of my home has increased almost 40% under their management and the neighborhood is a safe and attractive place to raise a family. We're looking forward to having our roof replaced in the next few years and we understand we have enough money in our reserve fund to pay for the whole project without the need for any special assessment or loan thanks to their management services. We couldn't be happier!
