The food is fresh and the staff very helpful and pleasant. And a byo is always plus. But the food is rather bland and closer to Taco Bell than real Mexican cuisine. I would suggest El Cactusin Souderton for much more authentic Mexican food

This is a very nice Mexican restaraunt. The staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home. I had the fajita quesadilla and an iced tea for lunch. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. I would definately go back there again. I give it 4 stars.

I don’t know if this is what you would call ‘authentic’ Mexican, but it was as good, if not better than some Mexican restaurants that I’ve visited in Texas. I ordered a Beef Burrito. The burrito seemed to be on the healthier side; it was filled with shredded beef, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions and not much more. It did not come with sour cream (don’t know if that was an oversight). I did ask for guacamole when I ordered, which I received. The burrito itself was not covered with sauce but there was a sauce covering the entire plate, upon which the burrito sat, which could be used for flavoring. For presentation, the burrito was cut in half and opened up. Refried beans accompanied it. The meal was not at all spicy. It was very fresh and tasty, but still not hot. With a name like Habaneros, it could have been a lot spicier! I looked briefly, but didn’t see anything on the menu indicating that you could ‘spice it up’ or anything like that. That would have been a nice option. There was a bottle of hot sauce called Valentina on all the tables. They could go the extra mile by offering hotter sauces. Maybe even offer sauces for purchase!?! The décor, inside and out could be improved upon. Outside; it appears to be built in an old 7-11. Inside; typical Mexican decorations with sombreros, Mexican paintings and cups on the walls. Some of the items were a bit small making the walls look a bit empty. Overall, the restaurant seemed clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice. A bit reserved, but very kind and helpful too. Overall, I’ll give Habaneros 4 stars.
