    Poor poor service. No return call for over a month even after multiple attempts to contact them. Left message after message and no return call. Referred a customer to them who has also been waiting a month for a simple pre-approval letter. If you can't handle the volume tell people this up front so they can get service elsewhere. Very disappointed and extremely frustrating.

    If you are not able to give them a large commison they do not have no time for you. The people I talked to were so rude and non-peronsal I just left. SORRY, BUT WELLSFARGO IS SUPPOSE TO BE ONE OF THE BEST MORTGAGE COMPANIES....NOT FROM WHAT I SAW....
