This evening my daughter and I found a small hidden treasure! I am ashamed to say I have lived in the County for 14 years now and a friend of mine said to try out Napoli's in Caribou,Maine. This is our first visit and we ordered the shrimp alfredo and it was delicious! We had so much in our plate that we took 2 meals home with us.. I personally have been writing for a National Publication for many years now, "Reiman Publication -"The Taste of Home" magazine and am very proud to say that I will put in a good revue for the owner, Mr. Kurt Violette and his family. The service was great, the atmosphere had a tuskony feel and it made you feel very comfortable to be there. Look for my article soon. The portions are exceptional, I dont believe you'll go hungry. Mr. Violette gave me permission to ask any of the customers what they thought of their meal. I did not have one dissatisfied customer. Our family will go back for sure. My husband is running for State Senate and we will pass the word that Napolis is a hidden treasure!! Now I am only hoping to be able to get a seat again!! Sincerely, Brenda L. P.S. The St.John Valley is where it 's at! Great Food, good service at an affordable price. Not only that but you can have take out orders!!! For a man to be on your second year,Your doing a great job. All my very best to you and your family, Chefs and waitresses!!! The service was enjoyable. We had a pleasant time and we will be back again!!
