Hi I am Sheila owner of SHC Cleaning,
As you know we are very proud of our reviews & of never receiving a complaint from our service users.
But we have recently had our 1st complaint(s) from a actual client & I thought by addressing it here in this forum It might help the problems not be repeated again. (as most people read the ratings more throughly then the actual web-site)
1. We do not change linens as a part of our "basic service or 1st cleanings" we do offer this in the "Wifey Division"
2. We do not "pick-up" IE..dirty laundry, wet towels, books & mags off of floors and surfaces before we clean, as a part of our "basic service or 1st cleanings" tidying up needs to be done by you BEFORE we arrive. (but this service is offered in the "Wifey Division"
3. While breakage is something we would prefer NOT to happen, sometimes it does & usually I offer to replace or compensate. But when a simple coffee mug turns out to be a "Family Heirloom", how do you put a price on something like that? And I probably won't, nor will I turn it into my insurance, when I do the estimate I ask you is there anything we SHOULD NOT CLEAN or TOUCH and that is the time to mention things like this.
4. If you say the tub was not cleaned because it feels "gritty" and we don't use products with grit, but you still feel grit & I feel nothing but squeaky clean. What is it you would have me do?
5. And finally: the reason this company has been so successful is because I get ACTUAL ENJOYMENT from standing back when a job is complete and seeing everything NEAT & SHINY AND I LOVE THE LOOK AND FEEL OF CLEAN, I do my best to only hire employees who get this same satisfaction (which is why it takes so long for me to hire staff). When you CLEAN YOUR HOME before we arrive, you have taken the joy & satisfaction of what we do away from us, not to mention set yourself up for a real disappointment. Because 13 hrs & $350.00 later the house won't look any different then it did before we started (although it does smell better) You will be angry and start to nitpick & we will feel that we have put in 13 hrs of hard work (do you know how hard it is to do a job that did not need to be done?) with nothing to show for it but a pay check, no joy, no satisfaction, and to add insult to injury to have the client accuse you of not doing it well. This is a no win situation to all concerned nor is not fair to anyone.
This client chooses to hire us strictly because we had the highest ratings but did not read the web site carefully enough, otherwise she would have known that the services we offer did not suit "Her Needs"
I have learned a valuable lesson about choosing which clients this company will accept. And I felt it was fair for you the "Potential Customer" to have a better understanding of this company's personality as well as the reviews you see here, So that any choice you make will be better informed.

SHC cleaning service has been cleaning our facility for the past 4 months. Sheila is very detailed oriented and our employees love her. We are a production facility with 200 employees and Iâm not a fake. Our hallways smell fresh, our bathrooms are clean, and our fixtures sparkle. For a 30 year facility, thatâs a hard job to accomplish. Sheila has won over our pickiest employees and we have not received one complaint about her service. What a SCAM! You should be ashamed of posting all these fake reviews about your service..All these reviews are created by temporary accounts that have not commented or shown any other activity on yahoo "at all" other than for this service. I almost feel for it myself..This type of misleading the public ought to be illegal. Its FRAUD Shelia!

How Dare You!!! Has it ever occurred to you that my clients rarely find a service that they consider GOOD ENOUGH to even write a review on. How jealous you must be (or hateful) to write something this mean. But you have not been the first nor do I guess will you be the last. Could this have anything to do with the NEW MERCEDES TRUCK I just brought with all of my FAKE reviews? I know this is a small town, but I didn't know about the lack of character. If you want what I have then be willing to do what I have done, which is WORK HARD & BE VERY VERY GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO. This review is RIDICULOUS and UNFAIR. I am Sheila's partner in every sense of the word, and I happen to know firsthand that EVERY review written is both TRUE and AUTHENTIC. Her ETHICS and PROFESSIONAL ABILITIES are UNQUESTIONABLE... I own Big Daddy Window Cleaning Service and considering my 24/7 business and personal relationship with Sheila it would seem obvious that I too would have these same insinuated bogus reviews. I don't because that isn't how we do business. I would hope that whomever "WinchesterMoms4Hope" is she will reevaluate what her "hope" as a "mom" is... I would hope that you'd lead by example and know the facts about a situation before publicly writing about it. That's journalism 101... If anyone has cause to question her reviews, and you are considering her services she can provide written references - with phones numbers- that you can vet for yourself. Now how Fraudulent is that?
