I have had a back molar issue for years. Dr Fedowsmakan has studied and xrayed it. (I have one implant already and wanted to save this tooth.) He worked to save it. I may have to have it pulled someday and I will only go back to him if I do. I trust him completly. He is gentle and calm. Highly recommend.
I researched 3 dentists for my implant procedure. I made several calls to Dr. Ferdowsmakan's office to inquire about insurance coverage and what to expect as I had never had this done before. Each time I was greeted with courtesy and respect and they never seemed to tire of finding answers for me and allaying my concerns. I have to say I certainly was rewarded for my perseverance and found this office to be one of the most compassionate and caring ones that I have ever dealt with. Dr. Ferdowsmakan is a total professional with outstanding credentials yet at the same time possesses compassionate understanding and empathy. When he did my surgery for extraction and the bone graft, he told me to call him at any time of the day or night if I had trouble or pain and yes he really meant it. The procedure went flawlessly and he called me the next day to check on me. I want to also commend the office staff for all their help with a billing problem with Pomerado Imaging for a jaw scan. Mary Anne who works assisting him took it upon herself personally to make sure I would get reimbursed after there was a problem with this facility. She called and talked to Blue Cross off and on for 2 days and I found out several times was on hold for 20 minutes. She resolved the issue for me and has worked on other billing problems created by MetLife. I consider myself the ultimate consumer and do always research my doctors. I have to say this office is undoubtedly one of the best any where. I promise you will not be disappointed.
The Dr. and his assistants are great, he did a great job on my in-plants with almost no pain. His Aid that handles insurance is a little questionable. They seem not to know how to handle claims and they forget to send all required information to the insurance companies causing delays. I had to call and send email to them asking to have all the required information sent to insurance company, so I can get my claim process correctly. I almost think they were doing this on purpose so they do not have to go with the negotiated. I really hope that is not the case. I am sure they all have access to that information and should know better. Overall a great Doctor to use.
