I am not sure what the fuss is but when you sign a contract you should always read what you sign. I have been going to the gym for 2 years and I love it there. The only issue I have is the owner is very impersonable and only speaks to a click of people almost like highschool but I can get over that. I enjoy the classed and Jennifer and Valerie are the best!!!!!
Awful. Do not sign a contract at this place. A friend signed up and was not satisfied after the classes were often canceled or a sub was present who did not teach what was scheduled. When she tried to cancel the General Manager gave her the run around and basically said she did not care if she was not satisfied and she's stuck in the contract. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"?
Also, I do not believe they full explained the contract and cancellation clauses at the time of sign-up. Talk about taking advantage of women.... sad.
These people are in the business of deceiveing you. Do not sign any contracts with them they will not be helpful if you need to cancel. They will even try to trick you to keep the contract even if you request a cancellation. Beware. The owner is in on it too!!! Watch out Ladies!
