User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAn upscale community with through the roof prices and covenants that are based on dictatorship. You have to build within three years and are forced to use their Master Builders which run on the low end of $250 per sq. ft.
We took a look at the centerpeice home that has been built on property and we were charged 20.00 per person just to look at what one of their so-called- master buildrs built being offered at a ridiculous a cool 4 million... the quality of this home was pathetic as I've seen better quality built tree houses!
The brokers are rude and obviously inexperienced in the real estate industry.
River Dunes.....Totally over priced, way out of the way from any civilization, miles from anywhere and you have go through run down areas to get to it. Don't waste your time as we did ours.
A very bad experience!

Robert I agree with you! The rudest people I've ever met trying to sell that garbage. They wanted $20.00 each me and my wife as well and my wife told them look at the outside of this disaster "Master-Builders" home was much more than we needed to see. This so called Master Built home is still for sale and River Dunes is now we"ve learned involved in a law suit regarding the sewer issues that were provided to them through shady arrangments with the county sewer provider Bay River Sewer. This development will fall on it's ugly face and those rude sales people will quickly learn that what comes around goes around.... just goes to show you that money and apparently greed dosen't always prevail!
