    Worst customer service i have had in a while!!!!

    my experience there recently forces me to warn all patrons to BE WARE....

    I waited one full hour for my dinner (chicken sandwich)
    - their normal delicious fries were over cooked and tasted like they were soaked in oil for two hours
    I also waited for one drink for 30 mins
    - when i addressed the manager with my issues he was rude and very unprofessional and responded with "ok .... just pay your tab and leave"

    This was very disturbing to me because I am a frequent customer of this bar and I normally enjoy their food .... however this was not a pleasant experience and I was very displeased with the service and the lack of cooperation from the management

    College bar .... sure ... Quick fix for burgers an fries (if u want them over cooked)
    But if you are looking for professionals who treat you with respect and good customer service this is not the place for you
