We had very good service, the waitress was attentive and very nice. I ordered drinks from the bar that was good and they didn't try to cheat on the liquor like a lot of places do. The food was okay but they don't give you very many choices for sides and the steak was really under cooked.
We ate there after a movie one afternoon. I ordered a burger with Bleu Cheese, mushrooms and mayo. When it FINALLY arrived, it had neither bleu cheese (it did have swiss, which I don't like) nor mayo on it! I also ordered a drink from the bar (a Wallaby Darned) that I never received. The waitress was inattentive (that's putting it mildly). It had taken so long to get our food, that I didn't complain about the missing blue cheese, but even if I had wanted to complain, the waitress had disappeared except to bring us our check. Without asking if we wanted anything else. The table across the room from us finally had to flag down the manager due to poor service. It was not a pleasant dining experience, nor will I risk repeating it by visiting the same establishment.
To end on an upbeat note, I am trying to think of something positive to say...the aussie chips were hot when the plate arrived. And the ice water was very...cold and watery. There. It's not completely negative.
Always disappointed: The people giving good reviews must not get out much and must never go on Saturdays since you have to wait around until 4:00 to open, which is the most stupid thing I've ever heard of from a steakhouse. Last time I went they had gotten rid of the chicken with corn cakes that had just become my fav with no explanation. The 40 year old male waiter was scatter brained and forgot the soup. Their poor excuse for ranch and cesar dressing ruins a salad with its spicyness (must use horseradish). Logans and applebees are better and a lot cheaper.
