User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will no longer use this business as my dry cleaners. They promise next day service and fail to meet that promise on a regular basis. Four times out of the last ten times I have used them my cloths were not back on time. They offer every excuse in the book and never offer an apology. This last time I dropped my cleaning off on the 3rd of July 2008 and was told I could pick them up on the 7th of July 2008. Whey I arrived to pick up the cleaning I was told they were not delivered or cleaned because the production plant did not have enough workers. This company is a joke.

This incident NEVER happened. Our clothes are delivered everyday without fail. Production is finished everyday without fail. Our production crew, which includes the owners, is very reliable. Some have been with us as long as 20 years. Each worker can do every job required.
