THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI I’d call them JEWS but my last name is SCHWARTZ

I have this thing about GOOD SERVICE which I DID NOT RECEIVE at THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI. Often most people only COMPLAIN. I, on the other hand, go out of my way to take the time to ask for the boss, manager or owner and BRAG UP the great service I received, often stating “most people only take the time to complain”. In the FT. Lauderdale area, There is ROSEMARY @ Dunkin’ Donuts and MELLISA @ Winn-Dixie, and MIKE@ the TRAVELODGE all located on North Ocean Blvd. There is CAPTAIN SETH on the FLAMINGO fishing boat at SEABREEZE Blvd. And DONNA the waitress at the BAHIA CABANA restaurant. ALL PROVIDERS OF EXCELLENT SERVICE. Not was the case at THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI

THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI located at 3916 N Ocean Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale, FL has no concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Outside THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI there are 2 signs that both use the word STIMULUS. THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI stimulus breakfast reads $2.99. Then THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI sign reads LARGE STIMULUS LARGE 75 cent COFFEE very small 16oz coffee to go.

At THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI after we ordered and got our coffee I COMPLIMENTED the waitress at THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI on the 75 cent coffees when she pointed out that only applied to the to go coffee. SO I’M A SUCKER AT THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI for two $2.00 coffees. THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI brought the check and the two coffees were FOUR DOLLARS which I GLADLY PAY FOR TWO GRANDE REGULAR COFFEES TOPPED WITH HEAVY CREAM @ STARBUCKS ($3.96) but at THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI when I went to pay the check I said “you really ought to take off $2.50 from the coffees” The man @ THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI said that was for a to go coffee not a refillable cup. THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI gave me a 6oz cup and charged me $2.00 when they sell a 16oz cup for 75 cents. WHY didn’t THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI just give me a 16 oz to go cup after I mentioned the coffee price tro the waitress?. When I said I planned to spend $10.00 for breakfast 2 @ 2.99 plus 2 @ .75 and a $2.50 tip I told them well THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE was going to be taken out of the waitresses tip in order to put it back on them THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI became belligerent and told me “NO”. I had to go to 7/11 for free atm cash THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI has an ATM.BUT I REFUSE TO PAY THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI to gert my own money A note on the cash register at THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI you can’t see til you leave states the credit card machine is broken The note at THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI looks likes its been there for weeks if not months.

All the owner at THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI had to to was take $2.50 off the check instead THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI told me not to come back. When I paid the check I told him I ‘m pretty good at getting the word out. DO NOT GO TO THE THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI They rip you off and he knows it. OTHERWISE HE WOULDN”T HAVE GOTTEN SO PISSED AT ME HE’D HAVE JUST TAKEN THE MONEY OFF THE CHECK AND I”D HAVE GIVEN IT TO THE WAITRESS. ASK ROSEMARY AT THE DUNKIN’ Donuts I GAVE HER THE FOUR DOLLARS THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI sucks in its policy toward the public THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI has no customer skills. THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI is a tourist trap. THE EASTSIDE BAGEL & DELI will smile at your face while stealing your cash thru deceptive business practices. He must be related to Bernie Madoff.
