We were buying a house that was in foreclosure. The lender required us to get a mold inspection due to some dark stains on the carpet. We called Anderson Consulting and Tom was out there the same day and we had our report the next day.

I would recommend this company. Tom is friendly, thorough, and professional. He knows what he is talking about and has the experience to back it up.

When we needed a professional inspection for our new home, Tom came out and did a great job! He showed us things we never even knew about our home. Tom really knows his stuff! He even checked for mold and water damage. I give him and Anderson Consulting an A+. Thank-you greatly! We now know what we have to do to make this new house a home for our kids!

We will always use Anderson Consulting: We could not figure out why we were feeling ill in our home. When we went out for a few hours we always felt better. So we called in the experts at Anderson Consulting to pay us a visit and inspect our property. Their inspector was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He inspected our home top to bottom leaving no stone unturned. We had mentioned that the addition we had built was adjacent to the home and upon further inspection, it was discovered that the addition was not built properly. There was missing insulation, no vapor barriers, uninsulated plumbing pipes were found along exterior walls. Moisture was getting in through improperly flashed windows too. This was causing mold to grow and was leading to health effects we were feeling in the residence. This was confirmed by our physician and we are grateful to our inspector!! Anderson Consulting found our problems fast and provided us with a report that we presented to our physician who then treated us and to the builder who then paid for us to have our home packed-out, remediated, rebuilt back up to spec, and paid for our move-out and move back in. We feel much better now in our home and we saved thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses. Thank-you Anderson Consulting. Thank-you Tom!

We will always use Anderson Consulting for all of our inspections. They not only have the microbiology and mold experience but they are also experts in building construction and maintenance. They examine and inspect the home for all sorts of issues...not just mold or water damage, or other causes that are just too limited in scope. They inspect all possible avenues and possibilities. Their property inspections take between 3-4 hours. Their mold inspections take about an hour. They are very thorough. Rest assured that they will find the problem and get to the bottom of it!
