User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have gone to Pauly's Bar & Grill twice and both times the services is slow and missing things on the orders.
The owners wife stoped to ask how we were doing and i stated that we were missing part of the order.. She did not care. This place is not worth going to for lunch to eat. The service sucks. Took over an hour and 15 minutes to eat lunch. There was only 5 tables. Have i mentioned that the Service sucks. Well it does. To add a little salt to the wound my burger was only half done. Moral of this story is that the food is overpriced and the service sucks.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWORST SERVICE EVER TODAY! took FOREVER for food. took FOREVER to get bills. took FOREVER to get change for bills. do not go to pauly's unless you've met with an estate planner and have your will and last rites finalized, because you might die waiting in there.........!

did they seem concerned at all about the customer service? no. did it matter that the owner and his wife were even sitting at the bar? no.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this place! It always reminds of Cheers from the TV show, always clean and stylish and you never know who you'll run into.
I don't know how or why, but the beer at Pauly's is always the coldest in town. Pauly tells me that it is because the line from the keg to the tap is very short. They also have Anchor Steam on tap which is one of my favorite brews.
There menu items are great. The Rueben sandwich and the Italian Beef are my favorite..of course the sandwiches were preceded by a half pound of beer-steamed shrimp! My wife's favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich with fresh avocados.
The only problem I have with Pauly's is that I can't ever decide which of my favorites to order. I guess you better plan on coming more than once.
