User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI "popped in" last summer. The two trainers were very welcoming and immediatly tryed to sell me every horse available. I had to stop in because nobody ever answered my phone calls. Once I said I wasnt looking to buy, they said they couldnt schedule lessons because they only had one lesson horse! The facility was gorgeous, pastures were huge and beautiful! I love the lounge and indooe arena! It did smell a little stronger than most barns, but thats to be expected in a heated barn! I loved the facility, but felt if you werent buying a horse or showing on a circuit you were not welcome! The website says they have new trainers, hopefully this will change their reputation for the better. And they do make ventilation systems for heated barns so they dont smell!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe facility is very nice. The staff is also very friendly. The "smell" that some have discussed is normal for a well insulated barn where horses are spending the majority of time in their stalls. The benefit--it is toasty warm in this barn in the winter.
This is a show barn and the horses are not turned out unless the weather is nice and the pastures are dry.
Some people like this, others like a more full turn out facilty. I prefer my horses be turned out daily unless there is severe weather and that is why this barn did not work for us. I could not be there every day exercising them.
My horses did not know how to use the automatic waterers in the stalls, I prefer buckets to monitor their drinking.
It's a nice place. It just wasn't the right fit for us.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsthe facility is VERY nice. its clean, it doesnt smell, its planned out well...but i thik that the staff is really rude.
i suggest finding another place to go.
