    San Marcos was my favorite Mexican resturaunt until I went to lunch w/ a co-worker & was accused of walking out on my tab. I have never in my life not paid my bill at a resturaunt! I asked if there were cameras in the resturaunt & was told there were, but when I asked him to play a tape of me not paying he would change the subject. I left my $ on the table, not wanting any change b/c I try to tip somewhat generously. This person knows me well from coming into San Marcos. Why all of a sudden would I want to do something like this? It's absolutely rediculous! If I am mistaken, which I don't believe I am, but if proven, I would gladly and very apolligetically pay what I owed. This has upset me very much. I do not take things w/out paying. I haven't ever. This incident, even if my mistake, was handled very poorly. Frankly I would advise this employee to consider the possibilities of what could have happened before he treats PAYING customers this way. I only wish there was something I could do to prove myself innocent. I live my life trying to be a giving person & dispise a thief. I certainly don't do things such as this that I was so unrofessionally & rudely accused of doing. I couldn't believe it! I actually thought he was joking at 1st as he'd done before. In closing I hope, sir, if you read this that you'll consider that there could've been a # of things happen. I NEVER leave my tabs unpaid. I absolutely advise you to always pay @ the counter for I would hate for this to ever happen to anyone else.

    I live about 30 mintues away but even with gas like it is i try to eat there once a week or more if possible...its the best...wonderful food and cheap...really good for young people...I'm a college student (meaning low on cash) and my friends and I are always going there....the service is specatacular and they're all super friendly!!! it's the only place to get mexican food in my opinion ;)
