My Pets Buddy

We have a varied group of animal family that do not accompany us when we're away; currently 3 cats, several turtles, a parakeet, not currently canines. Miranda cares for all and is astute to personality variations and daily changing quirks. I know over the years there can be real concerns with petsitters in the home; never with Miranda. With Miranda, never an unlocked door, never a pet without water....yes, in other cities we've had these realities.
Miranda is the best! She is an appreciated animal counsel, a resource with a wealth of experience, and dedication.

Miranda treats my dog, Lucy, as if she were her own. I know when I am called out of town that Lucy is left in loving hands. It is great to see blogs about the visits. Reminds me of the notes my kids brought home from pre-school telling me about their day. There is great follow-up after my return to make sure I'm home and Lucy is not home alone. Talk about great communication!!

We left Lucy in a kennel once and she worried herself sick. Had a huge vet bill to prove it. Now that she can stay home in her own bed, she is more content. No more sick unhappy dog for us! Miranda gives her lots of TLC on her visits. So glad we found My Pet's Buddy. We can leave town knowing Lucy is well cared for.

My Pet's Buddy is a life saver! Our son used to "care" for our cockatiel, Velcro, while we went on vacation or business trips. When he moved out of the area, we were in a bind for who would take over this important task. A web search brought us My Pet's Buddy. This family owned company provides pet care services (in the pet's home) for those of us who love our animals and don't want to board them in a strange place when we can't be home. My Pet's Buddy is a fantastic new friend for Velcro (as well as our new pets, Blondie and Dagwood, our hamsters.) Velcro is a very personable cockatiel who requires holding and loving attention twice a day. Even our son didn't provide the time and love that he gets from My Pet's Buddy. It used to be that Velcro was very temperamental when we returned, nipping and squawking, indicating he had been lonely. Now when we return, he's happy and loving. We know it's because My Pet's Buddy spends quality time with him and holds him like he's accustomed to. The transition between My Pet's Buddy and us are seamless. We love the daily notes on how the day went, too. The new blog is great, also. While on our cruise recently we could still check on how Velcro, Blondie and Dagwood were doing. It helped us relax even more! We couldn't be more satisfied! If your pet needs a new Buddy, we highly recommend My Pet's Buddy, the rates are very reasonable, but more importantly, the quality of the care is PRICELESS!!!

i have a house full of rescued animals and they are my babies! i have never found a better surrogate-mom for them when i am gone than miranda. she is patient with all of their "issues" and showers them with love and attention. i knew the first time we met that she was a true animal lover by the amount of time she spent with us. she played and played with them. you will be amazed at how well-prepared she is and all the "extras" she does for you and your babies. i hope she never retires!

For those of you wondering why these reviews are dated within a few days of each other, it's because my wonderful clients took the opportunity to start my new year out with a bang! They are all real, verifiable references--and I appreciate all of you SO much!

My dog, Stella, was my baby ever since I adopted her from the pound 14 years ago. All that changed when I got pregnant with twins and was put on bedrest. I ran across Miranda's ad and decided to try her, as my pet truly needed a buddy. Stella and I lucked into an attentive and loving friend who happens to speak dog fluently. Stella suddenly becomes young and energetic again when she sees Miranda pulling into our driveway for another walk. On the mornings Miranda comes I can see Stella smiling for the rest of the day.

Apparently Miranda gives great treats, although I've never personally tried them. She's been walking Stella twice weekly for nearly two years now and is an integral part of her life and activity. Reliable and trustworthy, she always leaves notes and updates as to how Stella is doing - very reassuring for me now that I'm preoccupied with 16 month old twins and a third baby on the way. Miranda eliminates dog guilt and replaces it with all the positive and thorough attention to detail a dog lover/owner could want.

I used My Pet's Buddy twice last summer. One of the times was an emergency with very little warning and Miranda was wonderful. She was very accommodating to our needs. I felt that she really did care about my animals and it was so wonderful not to have to board them away from home. My dog got kennel cough last she was boarded at the vets. I would definitely recommend My Pet's Buddy, if you can't take your pet with you!!!

Miranda / My Pet's Buddy, Have provided the finest care care for my pets. Her attention and dedication to making the our pets feel comfortable and not so lonley make leaving them behind a lot easier.

Over the years, we have left our pets at the vet. and other boarding facilities and never was real happy with the places we used. While at Pet Zone, I discover My Pet's Buddy business card, so I gave Miranda a call. This was the best thing we had every done. I have 2 big parrots and a small dog. The first time she meet them they fell in love with her. The birds usually don't take to anyone at first, but they did.
We have use My Pet's Buddy several times and could not be happier. Our pets are not stressed out and the care they get is super. In the past, we have not had some one who really cares for animals like Miranda. When we have to leave the house, I don't even worry about anything because they are in good hands.

My Pet's Buddy is great. When I am gone for a few days, I don't to worry about if my pets are sad of if they are being treated with care. My dogs are in their own environment, they are happy and I am happy.

Miranda is FANTASTIC! Knowing she's visiting our babies while we're at work is a comfort, and I know the pups love to see her at the door. The notes she leaves each day are like notes from the kindergarten teacher--we LOVE to get them and hear what the doggies were up to. Couldn't recommend her more highly; Miranda is a gem!
