   After months of smelling the horrible scent of dog urine, I finally decided to look up a carpet cleaner to see if they could get the smell out of my house. I phoned Flat Rate Carpet for free estimate. The staff were very friendly, but more importantly, THEY GOT THE SMELL out. Now all I have left is to train my dog!

   My kids left the lids off their markers and the dye ran onto my carpet and left big colored marks that i couldn't get out. I searched the internet and found a few sites but i called Flat Rate from the reviews written. The boys came out and cleaned up the mess. NO more marks on my carpets!! Thank you to the boys and girls who helped me out of my mess!

   After a great night of partying, a few spilt drinks, I called the guys at flat rate who came to my aide. They steamed and deodorized my area rugs – now im ready for my next party…..!
