    I agree with LegalGatorette. I wanted to have a picture of myself on a cake for my next birthday. I figured that caked by Jenny could use some photoshop to make me look like harry potter and put it on a big yellow sheet cake.

    Jenny's cakes, who everyone says is supposed to be the best, said that they DIDN'T do photos! Also they said that they wouldn't make me look like harry potter. I know that publix would make a harry potter cake with my picture on it!!!!! I don't think they even have plastic trees or hannah montana things to put on top of your cake at jennys.

    Also, I tried their frosting once and it tasted like it was made with cream cheese or something. I want my frosting to taste like pure sugar. I'm not even sure if the even MAKE plain yellow sheet cake. Who wants all those weird ingredients in their cakes? Guava rum cheese cake? Yuck.

    Give me publix or a carvel icecream cake any day.

    I am so surprised to see all of these poor reviews for Jenny Cake! Our experience with Cakes By Jenny has been sweet and wonderful. She did my sister's wedding cake and several friends and family members and all of them were just perfect (and deeelish!), she also did a really fun and complicated groom's cake for my sister (let's just say it was Gator Related)that people just died over. Jenny "herself" is a very lovely woman and very talented at cake decorating. In my family, if we can't bake, we call Jenny Cake!

    As a local event coordinator I have eaten many cakes and Jenny's are consistently great! Her fillings are superb, especially the raspberry mousse. It is a pleasure to work with her as she always shows up on time for delivery and is very easy to work with. Her cakes have a simply elegant look that far surpasses most. Every cake she delivers is so unique in its look and it is always exciting to see how she has interpreted the Bride and Groom's vision. Go Jenny!
