User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsImprovement as of late with their customer service, but it seems everyone wants to help you at first but if you decline help to browse, then you cant get help when you want it. Seems alot of times there is ALOT of talking between associates which one does not want to interrupt rather than people standing alone ready to help you.

check your manufactures warranty agreements-BEFORE purchasing them. We bought a 2yr.accidental warranty, sales people told us one thing, mgr says something different. Called corp. they said "it's printed on website" who cares that the paper you physically sign says nothing about it, nor does anyone in the store tell you, but it only goes towards ONE mishap, then becomes null/void!! 140.00 for one accident!! Then they can't come up with a comparable item, because they consider your too much to fix, therefore we ended up 140.00-warranty, 300.00-netbook, (2) skins from skin-it-85.00. Now they will give us a gift card towards something else-Only in their store, not on internet, or the option to purchase elsewhere. RIDICULOUS.(gift card amount minus tax, value of 299.99)
