I just got home from tele's in Diana, and thought I would share my experience with you. First off I went to the bathroom to wash my hands there were 2 roaches crawling on the wall, that said we ordered our food,once our drinks were empty they were not refilled until 5 mins. after our food arrived and the food took about 15 mins. I ordered combo dinner quesadillas with a side double rice. Well when the meal arrived it didn't even have 1 full order of rice, muchless two, also the dinner quesadillas come with the typical side setup of guacomole, sour cream, pico, and jalepenos, which none of the above arrived on my plate. I was very nice about it (people make mistakes) so I asked them to bring the setup to me and asked to only be charged for only one rice. So 5 mins. later the waitress arrives with the setup and another plate of rice, and proceeds to very rudely plop it down in front of me (dirty looks and all) now you'd think she could at least be civil seeing's how it was her mistake to begin with. Oh and did i mention the quesadillas were cold, and barely had any meat in them! So we eat and when it comes time to checkout I ask for my check, she had charged me not only for the dinner quesadillas, but also the setup(which is included in the price of the quesadillas), also she charged me for double rice, which I asked to only be charged for one, since that was all i initially received. When I asked her to fix the check to my satisfaction she very rudely told me that she wasn't going to. That being said I went to the register to pay (the manager was working the register) I explained the situation to him and the waitress came over and started talking over me. I then explained the concept of the customers always right to him, he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and the customers not always right (very rudely) I might add. I then told him what I would be paying for and not a cent more, he was rolling his eyes the whole time as if he could care less. Also when I asked him his name he just smiled and said Pedro (Which was not his real name I came to find out).
Well I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

I just thought I would share my nightmarish experience with you all, and save you the headache.
Excellant food and the service is great!!The staff sees to your every need. Seldom have i had service like this at any eating establishment. The only shortcoming for this restaurant is that during peak times, there is standing room only and it is limited.
Best in area: The food is geat at a very reasonable price.
