Quality and prompt service describe the services I received. Tom's Computer Guys goes out of its way to please the customer, a trait that is rarely found these days. I highly recommend this company.
They have home service so you can make an appointment to have someone come out and the cost is reasonable. They beat the Geek Squad in set cost.

What can I say...but "FABULOUS!" We are a small company with old and outdated equipment that no one in the company knew anything about or what to do. We weren't sure where to start...so we called some of the other larger firms, i.e. The Geek Squad, who quoted us an enourmous amount of money just to come out and look at our systems. We were recommended by a friend to call Tom's Computer Guys...we were so happy that we did! They were prompt, professional and knew what they were talking about and also we were able to understand the computer talk without it being over our heads. We were networked, computers were running much faster and it took less than a few hours. We have called them a few times since then, with the same results. Nothing was wrong, we just had a question or two and they always know the answer and guided us to the best way to utilize our computers, printers, faxes and software programs that has saved us a huge amount of time and at a very good price. This knowledge and experience that they offer to all of their clients is unmatched by anyone I know. They are so responsive that I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes when I call, before they respond back to me. They always go above and beyond the scope of work, such as tuning up a computer &/or the files to make it more effecient. They will swing by my office, just to check in and are genuinely concerned about the issues, if any that we have even if I just mention something in passing, like my program sometimes, does this or that and they know exactly what it is and how to fix it. I strongly recommend these guys for any computer/networking/printing, etc. needs that your business or personal home computers need. They truly are the best that I have found in the industry! Call them and give them a chance...you will be delighted with the outcome!

I needed a computer repair. Most shops quoted me for over $200. But Tom and his guys did it for under $100. Tom's tune-up did wonders for my PC and had a 2 day turn around. I was so pleased with my experience that I plan on bringing my laptop.
