Cindy was a pleasure to work with and very professional in a personal way. Her crew was prompt and did an excellent job installing my granite countertop and tile backsplash in my kitchen. Cindy oversaw the work until the job was completed. I would gladly recommend her company for future jobs in our community.
Problem:
Cindy at Canvas Stone and Flooring was hired to do some work for our companies office. We explained to her that since our company was very busy during the week, we would have to do the work on the weekend. We paid our deposit weeks before and she was to order the material. We rescheduled the install twice because she had ordering issues. Finally, she guaranteed us that the material would be in, so the week leading up to the install we moved all of our (heavy) filing cabinets and desks out of the office. On Friday afternoon, half a day before the install Cindy calls and tells us âthat the materials did not make it onto the truck.â We had an empty office ready to be floored with no materials. We needed to have everything back by Monday. So with an empty office and no flooring we went to home depot and purchased flooring then called Cindy and asked if she would be willing to have her installers install it for us. Of course she couldnât profit from this flooring up like the flooring she got from her vendors, so she said that they didnât install that type of flooring. We ended up doing the install ourselves, we had the office manager and every other person we could round up that Saturday on their hands and knees doing flooring. By Monday we had everything moved back in the office and ready for business. When we called Cindy for our refund she charged us a RESTOCKING FEE for material that never showed up. This was $523.38 that she STOLE from our company.
We are so pleased with our new granite counter tops! When I initially went in to see Cindy I wasn't sure what I wanted. I knew I wanted new counter tops but I wasn't sure what kind, color or anything. She was so helpful. She put together colors that look absolutely beautiful. She was Johnny on the spot while the job was being done. It was nice knowing I had someone I could trust from beginning to end.
I would highly recommend Canvas Stone and Flooring to everyone!

Please check with the BBB, as this has been resolved and closed.
This has not been resolved. BBB decided in her favor because we failed to make a response within the time given. While trying to file a report with BBB they seemed more interested in selling our company a membership than helping us resolve the situation we contacted them about. The BBB is a business don't forget that, we ended communication with the BBB in an effort to get the sales calls to stop.
