User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI read these reviews after receiving a very low quote on a new Civic. I decided to ask Shawn for the Out the Door quote broken down and promised on a car they had in stock. I haven't heard back from Shawn since. These guys seem very very shady. I also ended up going to Downtown Honda and was very happy I did. Do yourself a favor and do the same. Don't get Galpinized!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't waste your time walking into this dealership; They quoted a low price to get me in the door. After all the paperwork was filled out, they added on a dealer destination charge and $2000 of dealer installed options that were "mandatory" to buy. They said they wouldn't sell me the car if I didn't buy the options...............so I walked and found a more customer friendly dealership. Go to Honda of LA and ask for Dave! Its worth the drive into downtown LA

Too bad I went BEFORE reading these reviews. I am not surprised at all to see the same exact story as mine on here numerous times. They pulled the same lame tricks cited in these reviews and I'm just glad that I wasn't stupid enough to fall for them. I am taking this one step further and reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT GO TO GALPIN HONDA....DO NOT GO TO GALPIN HONDA....DO NOT GO TO GALPIN HONDA.....DO NOT GO TO GALPIN HONDA
