User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAt first I thought these two brothers were very nice. I soon realized there true selves. They spoke to me like I was a naive and ignorant woman, very condesending. The fees they quoted me were way more than market average. I would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone.

The best and easiest mortgage experience!: The thing that impressed me the most about 1st Capital was the fact that they
immediately worked with me to improve my credit score. The end result was a higher credit score which meant a higher loan ammount and a lower interest rate. 
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsYou won't find a better mortgage company...: I shopped around for a decent mortgage company to work with and got the run around by many of them. None of them would even give me a hypothetical Good Faith Estimate with out having a purchase and sales agreement on a home. I was referred to Paul at 1st Capital Mortgage by a friend of mine and had all good things to say. I called Paul, gave him the usual information and told him what I wanted to do.....Paul was very helpful in offering up different options and solutions to what I was trying to do.....almost like a financial planner. I asked for a GFE and he was happy to provide it. I wish I met Paul sooner!!! I will be giving him all of my business from now on....Thanks Paul~
