go somewhere else: It started when I went looking for my wife a car in December '06. The sales man was so bad I had to ask if he was sick. He didn't even want to discuss pricing because it appeared he was looking for an easier customer. I bought my wife a new car from somewhere else. I went back in May '07 to by myself a car (camry) and had a different experience. My salesman was actually very well informed and honest. I could not ask for anything else from him, but the finance department spoke to me like a 2 year old. After we agreed on a price, I told them I was trading in my previous vehicle. They looked a little distraught and low balled me an offer. When I would not take it they upped it about $200. Carmax actually offered more money for my car than toyota. Needless to say, I didn't go back and bought myself a Volvo instead. The last salesman I had was great but the first one I had in Dec. and the managers and finance guys are a little arrogant and condescending, so much so that out of principle, I wouldn't buy a car from them. Plus, wolfchase is overpriced compared to other dealers in the area. If you are looking for no haggle pricing, overpriced vehicles, finance people who don't won't to talk to you unless your signing papers, and wasting time this is the dealership for you.
