    This Doctor Espaillat is a CROOK and a BUTCHER. He ruined my vision. I have since come to find out he lost his license to bill Medicare and Medicaid, and that is why he is now doing lasik- it is a cash procedure. He has been sued many times and is basically a criminal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!

    If you want a doctor that never shows up for his appointments, this is your doctor. The two times I went in for an appointment this doctor never showed up, others waiting stated this doctor does this all the time, and he never even appologized. Who ever heard of a doctor never showing up for appointments.
