    Service department is an absolute disgrace. Unbelievable bad. Had appointment to have regular maintenance done. Also asked to have my tire leak fixed. Was not able to get the rental car that I paid in advance for. Asked to have the radio fixed that quit working after the last time I took it there for service. They told me to call sirrus. After six hours into my appointment went back to dealership to get something out of my car, I found my car sitting to the side. They said the work was done except the radio if I wanted to take it. I said ok, after twenty minutes wait I watched them scramble to put air in the tire which was supposed to have been repaired not just air added. A complete joke. This is why Chrysler is going out of business.
